ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 15 series in Pakistan. The current Xiaomi Pakistan website offers two models which are the Redmi Note 15 and Redmi Note 15 Pro with respective prices of Rs. 69,999 and Rs. 94,999. The local market for the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G will be launched at a later date.

Design and Display The Redmi Note 15 maintains its 6.77-inch AMOLED display which offers FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device includes IP64 dust and water resistance protection, side fingerprint authentication, dual speaker output, and a weight of 183.7 grams with a thickness of 7.94mm.

Users of the Redmi Note 15 Pro can use its 6.77-inch display which uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and reaches a maximum brightness of 3200 nits. The device includes an embedded fingerprint scanner which offers IP65 water resistance and a 7.96mm thin design. Internals and Software The MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra processor powers the Redmi Note 15 device, which uses this chipset.

The Helio G200 Ultra processor serves as the upgraded core technology for the Redmi Note 15 Pro device. The Pro version includes WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, eSIM support and a wider range of AI image processing capabilities while both devices operate on Xiaomi HyperOS.

The local market offers only a narrow selection of products compared to the larger international collection which includes Helio-based versions of products and shows no availability of 5G devices that should have been launched in Pakistan.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Series Camera Details

The official store has yet to show the 5G models, which should have launched in Pakistan. Cameras The Redmi Note 15 features three cameras which include a 108MP main camera and an AI depth sensor and a 20MP front camera.

The simpler option between the two devices provides essential features that users expect within this price range. Xiaomi pushes its imaging capabilities beyond previous limits through the Redmi Note 15 Pro.

The device features three cameras which include a 200MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 32MP selfie camera.

Battery and Pricing

The Pakistan versions of the Redmi Note 15 show their greatest strength through their battery performance. The Redmi Note 15 carries a 6000mAh battery, which supports 33W charging and 18W reverse charging, while the Redmi Note 15 Pro gets a 6500mAh battery with 45W charging.

The official store lists the Note 15 base model at Rs. 69,999 and the Note 15 Pro at Rs. 94,999. Xiaomi also plans to sell an 8GB + 256GB Redmi Note 15 for Rs. 74,999, a 12GB + 512GB Redmi Note 15 Pro for Rs. 114,999, and a Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage for Rs. 145,999.

The phones are being sold through MiStore, Xiaomi Sale, Daraz, and CoreCart. Redmi Note 15 Pro: The available color options include Titanium Color, Glacier Blue, and Black.

Pakistan Models Comparison With the Chinese Versions

The local version of the Redmi Note 15 shows one advantage over the international Note 15 5G because it uses a 6000mAh battery instead of the 5520mAh battery, which the international version uses.

The 5G version offers better performance through its lighter weight design, advanced IP66 protection system, and Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip technology.

The Pakistani version of the Redmi Note 15 Pro functions as a middle model that belongs to the family. The device maintains its 6500mAh battery capacity and 200MP main camera capabilities, but it loses ground against Pro 5G and Pro+ 5G because of its weaker chipset and lower display resolution, reduced water resistance, and slower charging capabilities.

The higher models of the product will come to Pakistan market soon, which include a 6.83-inch 1.5K display, flagship-grade ingress protection, and 100W charging capacity.
