ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Higher Education Commission HEC Chairman Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, declared that the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme currently distributes laptops throughout Pakistan, which constitutes a major achievement for student empowerment across the country.
Dr. Akhtar used his recent X (formerly Twitter) announcement to tell all eligible students to go to their designated universities for laptop pickup.
