ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): After Pakistan’s 7-wicket defeat to India in the sixth match of the Asia Cup T20 tournament on Sunday, users on social media came up with interesting comments.

Even after the defeat at the hands of their traditional rivals, Pakistani fans were not disappointed and made interesting comments on social media, reminding Indians of the humiliating defeat and a 0-6 at the hands of the Pakistan Air Force in May this year.

One user wrote in a post on X, “No matter we win or lose the match, we won the war”.

Another wrote, “I should tell you all once again that we are the ones who won the real war”.

A user posted on X, “So what if we lost the match, we won the war, didn’t we?”

India’s post-match gesture

One user wrote that the Indian team did not shake hands with the Pakistani players after the match because India is still angry about Pakistan shooting down their Rafales.

One user sarcastically wrote, “We lost the match, but always remember that Rafale is a good aircraft if used properly”.

Another user wrote, “Not shaking hands with Pakistani players after the match will not bring your Rafales back”.

Renowned TV host Waqar Zaka said that there is no need to worry about losing the match because “Our job is not to play cricket, our job is to shoot down Rafales”.
