ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Azad Kashmir President Shah Ghulam Qadir has confidently stated that his party will form the next government in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. He made this bold claim after returning from a successful and historic visit to the United Kingdom.

Upon his arrival at Islamabad International Airport, Shah Ghulam Qadir received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from hundreds of party supporters. People from across Azad Kashmir and Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan gathered to greet him, waving party flags and chanting slogans in support of PML-N and its leadership.

Supporters shouted, “Long live Shah Ghulam Qadir,” “Long live Nawaz Sharif,” and “Long live PML-N,” creating a lively and patriotic atmosphere at the airport.

Speaking to the media, Shah Ghulam Qadir expressed his gratitude to the overseas Kashmiri community in the UK. He shared that the community showed great love, unity, and commitment during his visit. “Their message was clear—they fully support Pakistan’s stability and Kashmir’s freedom,” he said.

He went on to claim that overseas Pakistanis have already given their verdict in favor of the Pakistan Muslim League-N. “Insha’Allah, the next government in Azad Kashmir will be formed by PML-N,” Shah Ghulam Qadir declared.

He also praised the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and party leader Nawaz Sharif, calling PML-N the only political party sincerely working for the progress and stability of both Pakistan and Kashmir.

Shah Ghulam Qadir mentioned that discussions are ongoing with a few electable candidates and hinted at possible alliances, including one with the Muslim Conference.

The PML-N leader urged party workers to stay united and continue working for the betterment of the region. “Our vision is clear. We are here to serve the people of Azad Kashmir with honesty and dedication,” he added.

With growing support from the overseas community and rising momentum within Azad Kashmir, Shah Ghulam Qadir appears confident about PML-N’s chances in the upcoming elections.
