RIYADH (Kashmir English):  The Saudi Hajj and Umrah Authority has launched its new campaign “Jayi Lil-Umrah,” which guides Umrah pilgrims during their travel journey.

The initiative aims to provide clear information on services, guidelines, and proper conduct for visitors to the Kingdom. The campaign, which operates under Saudi Vision 2030, will provide better Umrah services to pilgrims who visit during Ramadan, which is the busiest time of year for religious visitors.

Since the 1447 Hijri began, Muslims who practice Umrah have arrived in Saudi Arabia from abroad with over 11.8 million pilgrims. The campaign provides pilgrims with digital guidance, which gives them vital information about every part of their journey, starting from airports, border crossings, and transport stations through their residential areas near the Holy Mosques and cultural attractions.

The program will provide information in six or more languages, making it easier for international pilgrims to navigate services and facilities safely. The officials announced that the “Jayi Lil-Umrah” campaign will continue its operations until Ramadan ends intending to provide better services to Umrah pilgrims while decreasing confusion and enhancing their safety.

The initiative shows Saudi Arabia’s dedication to providing visitors with exceptional service and creating a seamless and spiritually rewarding journey.
