MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): In a recent development, the Prime Minister of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir State, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, chaired a meeting of the Public Health, Education, and Planning and Development Departments to finalize the budget proposals.
Most Senior Minister Col. (retd) Waqar Ahmed Noor, government ministers Nisar Ansar Abdali, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Chaudhry Muhammad Rashid, and secretaries of the concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir took a detailed briefing on the budget proposals from the secretaries of the concerned departments for the provision of health facilities to the common man and development projects.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir said that the government will present a people-friendly budget, special attention has been paid to the provision of health facilities to the people in the budget.
The issuance of health cards in Azad Kashmir will directly benefit the common man. Funds are being allocated in the budget for the improvement of infrastructure and the provision of travel facilities to the public.
Additionally, the health system will be further improved and strengthened, steps will be taken to improve health infrastructure, the budget allocated for the purchase of medicines and machinery in all hospitals will be doubled, the difficulties of the people are felt, the government is taking steps to provide all possible relief to the people.
Moreover, the Prime Minister stated that the provision of health facilities to the common man in hospitals will be ensured, basic needs are the right of every citizen, the government is always striving to provide basic needs to the citizens.
