MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): In the wake of the recent attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian authorities and media were quick to blame Pakistan, sparking fresh concerns over India’s false flag operations. Mohammad Aslam Mirza, Azad Kashmir media official, condemned the baseless accusations against Pakistan.

Despite repeated claims that the Kashmir Valley has been cleared of infiltration and terrorism, the Indian narrative seems to shift blame across the border within minutes of any such incident.

Mohammad Aslam Mirza, Member of Board of Governors of the Azad Kashmir Press Foundation from Jhelum Valley, condemned the baseless accusations.

Azad Kashmir media official emphasised that for the past three years, Indian officials have been claiming full control and peace in the region. With ten lakh Indian troops stationed across Kashmir, the question arises: who was responsible for the attack if not internal lapses?

Pahalgam, the site of the recent firing on tourists, is nearly 400 kilometres away from the Line of Control. Given the heavy military presence in the Kashmir Valley, Mirza argued that such incidents point towards either security failures or deliberate acts under India’s false flag operations.

Before accusing Pakistan, he said, India should reflect on the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian spy captured in Pakistan, a clear example of India’s involvement in terrorism on Pakistani soil.

He also stated that Pakistan possesses evidence of India’s destabilising activities, while India continues to level accusations without proof. These repeated efforts to malign Pakistan on the international stage are part of a wider propaganda campaign that, according to Mirza, is bound to fail.

The Azad Kashmir media official called upon Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to order an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack. According to Mirza, every time a foreign dignitary visits India, such incidents are staged to portray Pakistan as a threat in both India and the Indian-occupied Kashmir region.

This repeated pattern of India’s false flag operations is becoming predictable at this rate, the global community also finds the details of the said pattern recognisable.

He also referred to the Balakot incident of 2019, where India, following the usual pattern, falsely claimed a successful operation. The Pakistan Army acted robustly, downing two Indian jets, further proving Pakistan Armys swift action taking capability.

He warned that if India decides to attempt another such misadventure, the Paksitan Army like always, is prepared to attack with full force. He has assured that the people of  Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK)  stand united behind the Pakistani forces like a solid wall, with great devotion.
