RAWALAKOT (Kashmier English): Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) organized a large Iftar dinner in Rawalkot.
Former President Azad Kashmir Sardar Mohammad Yaqoob Khan, former Information Minister Sardar Abid Hussain Abid and Tehsil President Bilal Shakeel besides Tehsil General Secretary Sardar Asif Azam, former candidate Sardar Tahir Akram, Councilor Sardar Amir Khurshid, Councilor Noshin Kanwal, Secretary Law Forum Raja Ijaz Advocate, former Vice Chairman of PSF Azad Kashmir Sardar Rais Khan, Hameed Afzal, Tahir Chughtai, Sardar Hafeez, Sardar Azim and PSF University President Haider Ali and other speakers addressed the gathering.
On the occasion, City President Sardar Murtaza, Saddam Advocate, Adil Zarif Advocate, Amjad Nasim Advocate and others were also present.
The speakers lauded the Pakistan Peoples’ Party led by Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto for playing role for the welfare of the state and hoped that the PPP efforts on the international level are being recognized.
On the occasion, former Information Minister Sardar Abid Hussain Abid said that the brave armed forces of Pakistan are also making sacrifices for the security of Azad Kashmir on the borders and the brave youth of Jammu and Kashmir are offering ultimate sacrifices for the defence of Pakistan.
He said Kashmiri workers have always prayed and stated that strong Pakistan was the guarantee of independence of Kashmir and the protector of Azad Kashmir.

The speakers said that Pakistan Peoples’ Party will go to the next election with a strong force and will win all the seats in Rawalkot district as the party is the biggest spokesperson for Rawalakot’s rights in the past and in the future.
They also appreciated the sacrifices of the armed forces of Pakistan and the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples’ Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Ms Faryal Talpur and PPP Azad Kashmir President Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, Secretary General Faisal Rathore and Sardar Yaqoob.
