Pakistan face Myanmar in Asian Football Cup Qualifier tomorrow

YANGON, Myanmar (Kashmir English): Pakistan national football team will play against Myanmar in AFC Asian Cup Qualifier in Yangon tomorrow (Tuesday).

The squad includes winger Ryan Mohammad and forward Ali Hayder Shah. The match is scheduled to start at 3:30 pm Pakistan Standard Time.

Pakistan is placed in Group E alongside Afghanistan, Syria, and Myanmar.

The Pakistan team arrived in Yangon via a private airline flight on Sunday and trained on Monday.

Asian Football Cup

The matches are part of Pakistan’s efforts to qualify for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup tournament.

The match between Pakistan and Myanmar will be held at Thuwana Stadium.

Pakistan national side have been training under the supervision of head coach Stephen Constantine in hopes of bouncing back from a 2-0 defeat to Syria in the campaign opener back in March.
