TEHRAN (Kashmir English): Iran has confirmed that the head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) intelligence unit, Mohammad Kazemi, has been killed in Israeli strikes.
IRGC-linked Tasnim news agency and Iranian state TV confirmed that Kazemi died along with his deputy Hassan Mohaqeq and commander Mohsen Baqeri in Israeli attacks on Sunday.

Earlier, to Fox News interview, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: “I can tell you we got their chief intelligence officer and his deputy in Tehran.”
Meanwhile, 10 people sustained ‘light injuries’ in Haifa after the latest missile barrage hit parts of the country, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa, according to Israel’s emergency service.
An Israel’s ambulance service, Magen David Adom (MDA) spokeswoman said that in Haifa, 10 people were treated for “light injuries” and taken to hospitals in Bnei Zion, Carmel and Rambam.
They evacuated one injured person in southern Israel, while elsewhere the MDA said eight people have been injured, including one in a “moderate condition”.
