MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmit English): During the night of April 29th and 30th, four Rafale fighter jets of the Indian Air Force conducted an aerial patrol over Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), while remaining within Indian geographical limits, according to security sources.

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) swiftly detected the presence of the Indian warplanes. As per security officials, PAF aircraft immediately identified the Indian jets and responded with alertness and precision.

The timely action of the Pakistan Air Force reportedly caused confusion among the Indian pilots, forcing the Indian Rafales to flee without further escalation.

Security sources have emphasised that the Pakistani armed forces remain fully prepared and vigilant at all times to respond decisively to any form of Indian aggression. The readiness of the PAF in this incident is being viewed as a strong deterrent to any misadventure.

This incident highlights ongoing tensions in the region, with both air forces maintaining high alert amid heightened military movements.
