LAHORE (Kashmir English): The government of Punjab has introduced a new scholarship scheme that will bear all the tuition fees of eligible undergraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Punjab domicile
- First semester enrolled (MBBS and BDS included)
- Family income should not be more than Rs. 350,000 (public sector institutions)
- Family income should not be more than Rs. 500,000 (federal or private sector institutions)
- Should present an affidavit as income proof
- Merit alone will be the criterion for selection, IIT, with varying minimum academic requirements based on the study subject and type of institution. Both matriculation and intermediate marks will be considered, with 30% and 70% weightage to each set of marks.
