MIRPUR (Kashmir English): The training for Hajj pilgrims selected from the Mirpur district will be held on April 21 at Nafees Marquee Industrial Estate in Mirpur, starting at 9:00 am.
The letter issued by Deputy Commissioner Mirpur Yasser Riaz instructed all approved pilgrims to attend the training session, which will be conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
The Religious Affairs Ministry has announced that the second phase of the training schedule for the Hajj 2025 pilgrims in the country will commence on April 8, 2025, the state-run APP reported.
The spokesperson said that the first phase of the training for Hajj 2025 was completed before Ramadan.
The ministry spokesperson said that the training program is mandatory for all Hajj pilgrims, and they are advised to check the Hajj mobile app for their training schedules.
The ministry has also warned pilgrims not to visit any office for their biometric verification, instead, they should wait for instructions on the Hajj mobile app.
The training program aims to prepare pilgrims for the Hajj rituals and procedures, ensuring a smooth and spiritual experience for all participants.
