ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Guinness World Records (GWR), a British organisation, on Tuesday accepted two world records of Sultan Golden, which he attempted during a stunt show in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan.

On December 13, 2025, Golden finished the longest one-mile reverse drive in just 57 seconds and also completed a reverse ramp jump over a distance of 121.72 feet.

The GWR announced that it has accepted the technical evidence, including video clips and drone footage.

“The GWR has accepted the evidence and officially announced Sultan Muhammad Khan as the new record holder,” the GWR said. The organisation has dispatched certificates, and Golden will be received by Feb 20, 2026.

Sultan Golden world records

In its first attempt, Sultan Golden broke the world record set by an American stuntman, who covered a one-mile reverse drive in one minute and 15 seconds in 2022.

However, Golden finished the same distance in just 57 seconds, getting loud applause from spectators.

Sultan Golden, who belongs to Balochistan’s Pishin District, didn’t stop there and soon returned to the track to attempt another world record.

He then successfully performed a reverse ramp jump over a distance of 121.72 feet, establishing another world record.

The previous record for a long-distance reverse ramp jump stood at 89 feet and 3.25 inches, which Golden surpassed comfortably, to earn cheers and praise from fans present at the track.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sardar Sarfaraz Bugti and the Governor later met Sultan after he set two new world records. The political leaders congratulated the stuntman on achieving the feat during the show.

The event was attended by Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, the provincial governor, and several civil and military officials, marking one of the most prominent stunt-driving events held in the South Asian country in recent years.

Sultan Golden is widely recognised for his expertise in motorcar and motorcycle stunts.
