ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The gold and silver prices in Pakistan’s local bullion markets have once again recorded a significant increase, after which the prices have reached a new high.
Under the influence of rising prices in the global market, the price of gold per tola has also increased by thousands of rupees at the local level.
According to the latest data released by the All Pakistan Bullion Gems and Jewelers Association, 24-karat gold per tola has risen by Rs 2,300 to Rs 528,562. Similarly, the price of 24-karat 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 1,972, after which it has become Rs 453,156. According to the association, 22-karat 10 grams of gold is also being sold at Rs 415,408, with an increase of Rs 1,808.
Along with gold, silver prices have also seen a rise in the local market. Silver per tola has risen by Rs 120 to Rs 8,735, while 10 grams of silver has risen by Rs 103 to Rs 7,488.
An increase of $23 was seen in the price of gold per ounce in the global bullion market, after which gold has become $5,058 globally. On the other hand, silver in the international market has also risen by $1.20 to $82.60. Economists say that this price fluctuation in the global market
