LAHORE (Kashmir English): The distribution of Nigehban Cards started on Saturday by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to distribute the Rs 40 billion Ramzan Package, which will assist 4 million families in Punjab.
The holy month of Ramazan will see Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz provide financial aid of Rs 10.000 to 4 million families. The CM shared the announcement on social media to show a complete digital system that gives financial aid with respect and convenience, and full visibility.
How to Get Rs. 10,000 through Nigheban Card
This Ramzan Beneficiaries can withdraw Rs. 10,000 through the Negahban Card at: Local governments created 160 district centers, which allow people to access services.
The network includes more than 20.000 branchless banking agents who work for Bank of Punjab, HBL Konnect, AlfaPay, and UBL Omni. The process uses digital technology, which PITB controls to maintain accountability throughout all operational phases.

” Youth Engagement: ‘Talk to CM’ Portal
The Punjab government developed its first digital platform named ‘Talk to CM, ‘ which allows young people to provide their opinions and recommendations about government initiatives. The first initiative about youth participation in governance was established by Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb as the first youth participation program for Punjab.
