RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): Security forces have killed four India-sponsored terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan District on Monday, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
According to the military’s media wing, security forces conducted an IBO in Dera Ismail Khan on the reported presence of khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy, Fitna al Khwarij.
“During the conduct of the operation, our troops effectively engaged the Khwarij location, and after an intense fire exchange, four Khwarij were sent to hell,” the ISPR said,
“Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from Indian sponsored killed Khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.”
“Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored kharji found in the area, as the relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm-e-Istehkam” (as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country,” it added.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif commended the security forces for eliminating four terrorists of Indian proxy Fitna al Khwarij in District Pishin, Balochistan.
The prime minister observed that under Azm e Istehkam’s vision, the security forces had been achieving huge successes against terrorism, the PM Office said.
He said the entire nation was standing with its armed forces in the fight against terrorism and reiterated the resolve to completely eradicate all forms of terrorism from the country.
