WEBDESK: The Foreign Office of Pakistan has strongly rejected recent claims made by Israeli media suggesting that Pakistan is planning a nuclear attack on Israel. In a statement released to the press, the Foreign Office called the reports completely baseless and lacking any credibility.

Sources from the Foreign Office clarified that there is no truth in the stories being circulated, and they appear to be part of a misinformation campaign.

“These claims are entirely unfounded. The Israeli media is spreading misinformation and presenting false narratives about Pakistan,” the spokesperson said.

According to the Foreign Office, Israeli media outlets are spreading fake news and presenting false narratives about Pakistan’s role in the recent regional tensions. The spokesperson stressed that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and takes its international obligations seriously.

“Such fake news is not only misleading but also aimed at creating unnecessary tensions,” the spokesperson added.

The false claims emerged in the wake of rising tensions in the Middle East, particularly after Israel launched an unprovoked attack on several Iranian cities, including Tehran.

Tehran state media said the Israeli strikes hit several cities, including the capital of Tehran and the city of Natanz, a key center for their uranium enrichment program. The attacks also killed Hossein Salami, the leader of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and other senior figures, Defin said on Friday.

However, Pakistan has had no involvement in the conflict, and the Foreign Office emphasized that the country remains committed to regional peace and stability. Officials urged media outlets and the public to rely only on verified sources and not fall for sensationalist or unverified reports.

The Foreign Office concluded by reaffirming Pakistan’s stance as a peaceful nation with a mature approach to global affairs.
