MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Armed Forces continue to protect the nation’s independence through dedicated professional military forces prepared for defence at all times. The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has launched its most advanced fighter jets, equipped with PL-15 Beyond Visual Range missiles, significantly enhancing PAF’s combat capabilities. The fighter jets are deployed at Swat and Skardu airbases as part of its continuous defence mission.

Equipped with cutting-edge Beyond Visual Range (BVR) PL-15 missiles, these PL-15 missile-equipped fighter jets provide a powerful boost to Pakistan’s aerial combat strength. With the induction of high-tech platforms like the J-10C and JF-17 Block-III, the PAF has reinforced its ability to deter aggression and maintain air superiority across the region.

From Saidu to Pasni, PAF maintains continuous vigilance and rapid response capability. Its modernisation drive includes advanced aerial platforms, High-to-Medium Altitude Air Defence Systems (HIMADS), Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles (UCAVs), and Artificial Intelligence-enabled systems, ensuring readiness across all domains.

The introduction of PL-15 missile-equipped fighter jets serves as a major achievement for PAF to establish next-generation air defense capabilities. These jets serve two strategic roles which strengthen Pakistan’s deterrence posture and establish clear airborne warnings about aerial protection over the nation.

With a proud legacy of innovation, flexibility and resilience, the Pakistan Air Force reaffirms its commitment to national defence. PL-15 missile-equipped fighter jets demonstrate Pakistan’s dedication to securing national homelands using powerful assets as well as keeping its airspace safe for succeeding generations.
