At the United Nations Office in Geneva, Muhammad Awais presented to global leaders about the importance of ethical artificial intelligence (AI) and robust governance systems as General Manager and technical expert from Azad Kashmir Pakistan. His progression starting from Azad Kashmir until reaching the global stage illustrates his dedication to using technology to positively impact society.
From his early educational success in Muzaffarabad Awais developed his innovative and technical interests until he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering at the Mirpur University of Science and Technology. His commitment to success through limited resources enabled him to establish himself as a professional in digital transformation and telecommunications.
His long career extends back to ten years during which he worked first as a Fixed Network Engineer at LCC Pakistan. After moving to Saudi Arabia he worked at CMT Technologies and ATOS CVC Saudi Arabia where he delivered network projects in addition to IPTV/OTT support engineering. The year 2023 marked his appointment as General Manager at Eviden Romania SRL Ltd Saudi Arabia after its previous name ATOS CVC to oversee strategic business operations and digital transformation projects.
