MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Chief Justice of the High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) has approved the transfers of District and Sessions Judges across several districts.
According to the notification issued on Saturday, District and Session Judge Neelum, Chaudhry Muhammad Munir, has been appointed as District and Session Judge Jhelum Valley.
Furthermore, the High Court of AJK appointed Syed Waseem Ahmed Gillani as District and Session Judge Haveli (Kahuta).
Muhammad Idress Bhatti, who was District and Session Judge Haveli, has been transferred to Bhimber.
“The transferred and posted officers will have the same powers as their predecessors. The officers were bound to appear three days after the above-mentioned date,” the notification read.
