MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): A committee has been formed to develop a Complaints Management System for the prompt redressal of public complaints related to the Education Department.
Secretary Elementary and Secondary Education Qazi Inayat Ali, taking another revolutionary step in the Education Department, has approved the formation of the committee to develop “Complaints Management System” for the timely redressal of public complaints related to the Elementary and Secondary Education Department.
The committee includes officers from the Education Department Schools and the Information Technology Board, including District Education Officer (Male) Muzaffarabad, Dr. Muhammad Naeem Khawaja, and Program Officer Secretariat Elementary and Secondary Education, Majid Habib.
System Engineer Directorate Education Management Information System (EMIS) Muzaffarabad, Farjad Hakeem and Senior Manager Operations (e-Governance) Information Technology Board, Muhammad Ishtiaq Awan are also part of the committee.
The committee will be bound to prepare its comprehensive recommendations within one week and present them to the competent authority.
More transparency in education sector
Upon the special directive of the Prime Minister and the Minister of School Education, Secretary Qazi Inayat Ali has taken this special initiative to improve educational standards, aiming for the prompt resolution of public issues and to further enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the Education Department.
The use of modern technology and e-governance will make the education sector public-friendly and transparent.
