ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Canada has launched the McCall MacBain Scholarship for International Students for the year 2027.

The program will offer 30 full scholarships and 100 entry awards. Stipends include full tuition fees, a monthly stipend, housing assistance, and access to leadership development programs.

Although application deadlines for the 2027 batch have not been announced, applications typically open between June and August, as in previous years.

Eligibility Criteria for McCall MacBain Scholarship

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s program and graduate by August 2027
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree on or after January 2021
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree earlier, but be 30 years of age or younger by January 1, 2026
  • All candidates must also meet McGill University’s academic and language entry requirements.

Required documents typically include transcripts, letters of recommendation, a CV, and a personal statement.
