ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): In a groundbreaking move, Pakistan’s top voices, Murtaza Solangi, Ahmad Hassan Al-Arabi, have released a book titled ‘ The War that Changed Everything’ on the recent India-Pakistan war over the 2025 Pahalgam false flag.

The launching event of the book was held today in Islamabad, where the authors stated that the book contains startling revelations about the recent Pakistan-India tensions and provides a historical perspective on Indian state terrorism.

Speaking on the occasion, Murtaza Solangi said that the book decodes Modi’s Hindutva doctrine, places the Pahalgam incident with earlier false flag operations, and examines the ideological and strategic motives behind this deception.

The book challenges Indias official account of affairs, exposing what the authors term as a systematic campaign of disinformation, deepfake propaganda, and false-flag operations aimed at demonizing Pakistan and legitimizing belligerent military posturing.

Citing leaked documents, satellite photographs, intercepted messages, and ground-level reporting, the authors assert that the incident was manipulated to fuel nationalism, silence dissent, and influence electoral politics in India.

Solangi, a seasoned journalist and former Federal Minister of Information, and Al-Arabi, an international relations scholar and founder of Great Game Pakistan, believe that the Pahalgam incident was as much about weaponizing narratives and less about battlefield confrontation.

They point to how contemporary conflicts are waged as much in media and cyberspace as on the battlefield.

Aside from the India-Pakistan conflict, the book signals a perilous worldwide trend where governments resort to misinformation and psy-war to distort public opinion and avoid accountability.

The authors urge the international community, human rights groups, and independent media to address the decline of truth in the age of the internet.

Marketed as an eyeopener for readers, policymakers, and journalists who care about South Asian geopolitics, The War That Changed Everything is presented as much as a refutation of Indias assertions as it is a wider examination of how truth comes to be deliberately obscured in hybrid warfare times.
