PESHAWAR (Kashmir English): In a tragic incident, the Peshawar Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters have come under terrorist attack, senior police officials confirmed.
According to IGP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, two blasts, along with heavy firing, have been reported, one near the entrance gate and the other blast was done near the motorcycle stand of Peshawar Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters.
Both explosions were carried out at the gate of the FC headquarters, whereas some of the terrorists had tried to enter the FC building, according to the IGP Zulfiqar Hameed.
Unfortunately, three FC Officials have lost their lives in this tragic incident, whereas 5 people have sustained minor injuries and have been shifted to the hospital. All the injured are in stable condition, according to hospital sources.
The brave soldiers have neuterlised all the terrorists involved in the terrorist attack, marking a groundbreaking achievement against terrorism.
According to the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Doctor Mian Saeed, the traffic has been shifted to the Sadar road. Whereas the other investigations are ongoing to identify the cause and damage.
