Regional Weather Updates:

 

Muzaffarabad: The capital city will have hazy sunshine today, with temperatures ranging from a low of 18°F to a high of 38°F. A morning shower is possible, followed by cooler conditions. The probability of precipitation is 69 per cent, humidity is 39 per cent, and wind speed is 8 km/h.

Neelum Valley: Neelum Valley is set to experience colder conditions with snow-showers expected in the afternoon. Temperatures will range between 38°F and 18°F. Due to the elevation, areas like Kel and Arang Kel may see significant snowfall. Travellers are advised to exercise caution due to potential road blockages. The probability of precipitation is 63 per cent, humidity is 58 per cent, and wind speed is 8 km/h.

Rawalakot: Forecasts indicate increasing cloudiness and cooler temperatures in Rawalakot, with a temperature of 18°F to 38°F

The probability of precipitation is 40 per cent, humidity is 46 per cent, and wind speed is 6 km/h.

Bagh: Residents of Bagh will experience sunny conditions with a temperature of 51°F to 30°F.

As the day progresses, cloud cover will increase, leading to cooler temperatures and a couple of afternoon showers. It’s advisable to be prepared for these changes. The probability of precipitation is 45 per cent, humidity is 46 per cent, and wind speed is 6 km/h.

Kotli & Mirpur: The lower-altitude areas of Kotli and Mirpur will have warmer weather compared to northern AJK. The current temperature will range from 66°F TO 42°F, with a 25 per cent chance of precipitation. Humidity is at 43 per cent, and wind speed is 3 km/h.

Fog Advisory: Dense fog may reduce visibility in the early mornings and late evenings, particularly in valley areas, affecting travel.
