MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted dry weather on the weekend with mostly sunny conditions across Azad Kashmir.
As per the synoptic situation, continental air is likely prevailing over most parts of the country. While, day temperatures are likely to increase gradually over the plain areas of the country from March 23 (Sunday).
Today, the dry weather prevailed in most parts of the country including Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
For Sunday, the met department also predicted dry weather for the country, while hot weather is expected in plain areas during day time.
On Friday, the citizens also witnessed dry weather in most parts of the country with record lowest minimum temperatures in Astore, Skardu at -01, and Ziarat at 00.
Rainfall/Snowfall Warning: The weather is mainly dry and very low chances of rain.
Landslide Risk: There is no risk of landslides as the rain chances are very low.
Haze Advisory: Winds are light and fluctuating with haze reported in some areas.

Muzaffarabad:
Today the capital weather is a mix of clouds and sun. A high of 77F with WNW winds at 5 to 10 mph can be observed. As for the night mainly clear skies with a low near 50F with light and variable winds can be expected.
As of current the weather is partly cloudy, and the temperature is 65F. The precipitation is 0 per cent, the humidity is at 25 per cent. The wind blows at 5mph.
Neelum Valley:
The weather in Neelum Valley is mostly cloudy. Some light rain will fall throughout the dayin the region. A high of around 50F with light and variable winds can be observed. The chances of rain are 70 per cent.
A few passing clouds, otherwise generally clear skies are expected for the night. A low of 28F with NNW winds at 5 to 10 mph can be expected.
Rawalakot:
The weather in Rawalakot is cloudy and rainy. For today skies with sunshine and clouds mixed can be expected. A high of 66F with W winds at 5 to 10 mph can be obsevred.
Clear skies with a low of 43F with ENE winds at 5 to 10 mph can be expected for the night.
Kotli:
Kotli faces a mix of clouds and sun. Hazy weather can be expected for the day. A high of near 80F with W winds at 5 to 10 mph can be observed. As for the night clear skies and hazy weather can be expected. A low of 54F with NE winds at 5 to 10 mph can be expected.
Bagh:
Bagh experiences partly cloudy skies with a high of 71F with W winds at 5 to 10 mph can be observed. As for the night a clear sky with a low of 49F with ENE winds at 5 to 10 mph can be expected.
