KARACHI (Kashmir English): The Australian cricket team will tour Pakistan in early 2026 for a two-phase white-ball series.
The first phase will feature three T20 matches from January 30 to February 5, ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka.
After the World Cup, the second phase will feature three ODIs from March 13 to 19.
The Pakistan Cricket Board will soon officially announce the venues and detailed schedule for the series.
Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg expressed his delight at the proposed tour of Pakistan during an online press conference.
He said that he is confident that this will be another great tour of Pakistan. The series against Pakistan is an important part of our calendar.
It may be recalled that the Pakistan team toured Australia in November 2024, where the Green Shirts, led by Mohammad Rizwan, won the ODI series 2-1, their first historic series win in Australia since 2002.
