ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Al Jazeera seems to be indulging in an anti-Pakistan campaign through fake reporting, saying that two Pakistani oil tankers headed to Strait of Hormuz have turned back, suggesting they could not make the passage.

The media outlet quoted a news agency to say that two oil tankers sailing under Pakistani flags have turned around at the Strait of Hormuz, suggesting they could not make the passage.

The news agency named the tankers as Khairpur and Shalamar.

Sources, however, confirmed that both ships; Khairpur and Shalamar have crossed Strait of Hormuz and are in Persian gulf.

They will be reaching their destination ie Kuwait early morning tomorrow (Monday), they added.
