MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English):Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Public Service Commission has invited the aggrieved candidates to visit Muzaffarabad office on July 18 and 19 so that, for their further satisfaction, paper recounting could be carried out in their presence.
According to a notification issued by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, a detailed review was conducted of the recounting applications received from candidates regarding the results of written examinations for the posts of Assistant Commissioner/Section Officer (BPS 17) in the Services and General Administration Department and Section Officer Law in the Law and Justice Department.
The Commission stated that it does not legally have the authority to recheck answer sheets, however, for the satisfaction of the candidates, recounting of papers was carried out, during which all solved questions were found to have been awarded marks, and the results proved to be correct according to the marking.

Further clarifying, the Commission announced that if candidates wish, they can appear at the Public Service Commission office in Muzaffarabad on July 18 and 19, 2025, at 10 AM, where their papers will be recounted in their presence by a committee appointed by the Commission.
The candidates have been instructed to appear before the committee in person, as no representative or lawyer will be acceptable.
In case of absence at the scheduled time, the application will be disposed of, and no excuse will be accepted thereafter, according to the notification.
