ISLAMABAD: In a recent development, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry held a detailed meeting with his Honorary Presidential Advisor on Investment Asia and Hong Kong, Lal Dino Marri Baloch, a prominent industrialist from Kashmir House, Islamabad.
On this occasion, Honorary Presidential Advisor on Investment Asia and Hong Kong, Lal Dino Marri Baloch, stated that they would like to invest in Azad Kashmir from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and several other countries, hoping that they will receive assistance and cooperation from the Azad Kashmiri government and other platforms in solving the problems in this regard.
In turn, his Excellency Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, stated that Azad Jammu and Kashmir has vast potential for investment in tourism, hydropower, precious stones, and other sectors.
He encouraged investors to come forward and assured them that they would be provided with a favorable environment in this regard.
Work pace on the different CPEC projects in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, particularly the Mirpur-Muzaffarabad-Mansehra Motorway, the establishment of the CPEC Business Center in Mirpur, and other projects, should continue with acceleration, bringing benefits to the people of the region, he added.
On this occasion Mr. Lal Dino Marri Baloch we will also express solidarity with the Kashmiri people in China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia on February 05, the Kashmir Solidarity Day.
During this occasion Mr. Lal Dino Marri Baloch invited the President of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, to visit Hong Kong and China.
The President of the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmud Chaudhry accepted and said that he would visit China and Hong Kong at an appropriate time. On this occasion, various matters including other matters of mutual interest were discussed between the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, and Honorary presidential advisor on investment based in Asia dealing with Hong Kong prominent industrialist Mr. Lal Dino Marri Baloch.
