LAHORE (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the ticket refund policy for Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 11 days after the PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi announced that the tournament will be played behind closed doors.
In a statement, the PCB said that the refund of tickets will start on March 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 15 working days.
The cricket board further confirmed that the fans who purchased tickets online for PSL 11 will receive refunds automatically through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
“This includes payments made via debit cards, credit cards, JazzCash, and Easypaisa,” the PCB said.
It further noted that timelines may vary slightly depending on your respective bank or payment service provider, adding that ticket holders wouldn’t be required to take any action to initiate the refund.
“However, in case of any delays beyond the stated timeframe, customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment platform for further assistance,” the PCB statement wrote.
