ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The government has launched BISP 8171 Phase-II, under which newly verified families will be provided with a cash financial aid of Rs13,500 as per a district-wise schedule.
The Government of Pakistan has announced Phase-II of BISP 8171 payments for November 2025, with thousands of newly verified families included in this phase.
Authorities have released a district-wise payment schedule, according to which beneficiaries can check the opening date of payments in their area.
In this phase, each eligible household will receive Rs13,500. This amount will help low-income families cope with inflationary pressures.
According to the government, the payment system will be completely transparent, direct, and without any deductions. Funds will only be released after biometric verification.
Designated BISP camps
Payments will be made through authorized banks, partner shops, and designated BISP camps.
Beneficiaries are instructed to bring their original identity card for verification. If there is any discrepancy in the record, staff may also verify address or travel information.
The government has advised citizens to keep their credentials updated to avoid any delays. Individuals whose application or status is still under review should regularly check their status through the portal or SMS.
The method to check payments in BISP 8171 Phase-II has also been explained, according to which one should use the official portal, enter CNIC to instantly check eligibility and payment status, and SMS CNIC to 8171. One will receive his status in response.
The public should visit the nearest BISP desk or payment center, confirm details by showing original CNIC, check PMT score. If name is not listed, confirm that verification process is complete. If the problem persists, contact the helpline.
The government has warned against anyone asking for a fee to check eligibility. This system is completely free and accessible only through official sources.
According to officials, Phase-II includes families who were verified in the last few months. The government has instructed all families to rely only on official sources, avoid fake agents, and follow all instructions.
