KARACHI (Kashmir English): The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has published the punctuality ratings of domestic airlines flights for the period January to June 2025 with the national flag carrier ranking third for on-time departures.
According to details, the CAA report placed ‘AirSial’ first for punctuality followed by ‘Fly Jinnah’ with 59.79 points.
National flag carrier, PIA, however, ranked third for on-time departures.
‘Airblue’ stands fourth on the table with 49.16 points, while ‘Serene Air’ ranks fifth and last.
It is to mention here the CAA on Friday suspended the commercial flight operations of carrier ‘Serene Air’ over failure to maintain a fleet of serviceable aircraft.
According to a notification, the CAA expressed “grave concern” over the carrier’s inability to comply with regulations mandating the maintenance of a “prescribed minimum fleet size”.
