MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Relief aid has been dispatched from Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s capital, Muzaffarabad, to various areas of Pakistan affected by devastating floods.

The consignment includes essential supplies such as food, clothing, and medicine.

While speaking to Kashmir Digital, representatives in Muzaffarabad emphasized that in this difficult time, the people of Azad Kashmir stand shoulder to shoulder with their Pakistani brothers and sisters.

They recalled the unprecedented support Pakistanis extended after the October 8, 2005, earthquake, stressing that such solidarity can never be forgotten.

Local organizations and citizens also contributed generously to the relief effort by providing financial support and actively participating in the collection of aid.

The representatives assured that Azad Kashmir will continue to provide every possible assistance to help flood-affected communities recover from the crisis.
