HAVELI KAHUTA ( Kashmir English): A devastating incident occurred in Haveli Kahuta district of Azad Kashmir where a passenger coaster train (2789) going from Forward Kahuta to Rawalpindi met with an accident.
The accident took place near Parthan Ziarat, resulting in the death of five people and injuries to several others.
The rescue teams and police forces rushed swiftly to the location of the accident and shifted the injured to the nearby hospital for further medical assistance.
The deceased have been identified as Abdul Rauf son of Khan Muhammad Khan (village Pedar), Malik Sherbaz son of Suba Khan (village Bhedi), Chaudhry Muhammad Rashid son of Muhammad Din (village Mumtazabad) and Khalid Hussain son of Nek Muhammad (village Mandhar).
According to the reports, the bodies of the deceased have been sent to their native places while the injured have been immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
Such accidents highlight the importance of following driving guidelines. An operation is still ongoing to investigate the real cause behind this tragic accident.
