MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Following an alleged Pahalgam attack on Tuesday afternoon that claimed the lives of at least 26 tourists in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Indian media blames Pakistan for Pahalgam Attack, in their usual manner, spreading unfounded allegations and propaganda against Pakistan.
As reports of the tragic incident emerged from the scenic tourist area of Pahalgam, Indian media, particularly social media accounts with known ties to the Indian intelligence agency RAW, were quick to accuse Pakistan without evidence.
In their very usual manner Indian media blames Pakistan for Pahalgam Attack. The swift blame game has once again raised suspicions about India’s intentions and timing.
Sources cited by the state-run Associated Press of Pakistan revealed that non-Muslim tourists were specifically targeted in the Pahalgam attack, suggesting a planned motive behind the violence.
They also pointed out a disturbing pattern in Indian tactics: the use of false flag operations to deflect international attention from the worsening situation in IIOJK.
According to analysts, it is no coincidence that this latest Pahalgam attack occurred during the official visit of the US Vice President to India. This timing has sparked serious questions about whether the incident was orchestrated to serve political ends.
Many people argue that India has used such deceitful schemes and tactics in the past as well to create a false narrative for global consumption.
The Modi government has been repeatedly accused of weaving security crises to gain political mileage and divert peoples attention from its governance failures, and the Indian media, instead of adhering to journalistic ethics, often amplifies and spreads such false propaganda.
In its response, Pakistan expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in the Pahalgam attack. The Foreign Office issued a statement conveying heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to peace and stability in the region.
The residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) living near the Line of Control also voice their concern as the Indian media blames Pakistan for Pahalgam Attack, Kashmir Digital reports, accusing the Indian agencies of being involved directly in the attack.
They question the possibility of a successful “enemy” attack when there are more than four lakh troops stationed in and around Pahalgam alone. It is inconceivable that such a large-scale incident could take place without internal involvement.
Citizens and commentators alike are calling out what they see as a deliberate effort by India to exploit human tragedy for political gain, while continuing its oppressive actions against Kashmiris.
The people have made it clear that if any further aggression attempts are made, they will be met with a response equally strong.
As the facts unfold, the Pahalgam attack is increasingly being viewed as yet another example of India’s double standards, preaching peace on international platforms while allowing bloodshed at home to justify its actions in occupied territories.
