BAGH (Kashmir English): Deputy Commissioner Bagh, Raja Muhammad Sadaqat Khan, has said that all government departments are responsible for taking practical steps for public welfare and must ensure respectful behaviour towards citizens visiting their offices.
During his meeting with district officers from various departments the DC emphasized quick and timely resolution of public concerns. Elderly citizens of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) along with women need to avoid multiple trips to offices because a proper system featuring a single window operation should serve them instead.

The officers needed to inspect each development project in person to check progress and maintain project transparency.

For clean drinking water within the city, the installation and regular maintenance of filtration plants was also stressed. Traders must be made to sell goods at approved prices, and price control committees should ensure strict implementation of rate lists.
