Male (Kashmir English): Pakistan outclasses India in the first match of the Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship.
Pakistan has made a successful start to the ongoing Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship in the Maldives with a 0-2 victory over arch-rivals.
Pakistan won by scores of 9-26 and 12-34. Pakistan’s Ahmed Hussain was declared the man of the match for his outstanding performance.
The Pakistani team will compete against the Maldives and Sri Lanka in the event today.
After the match in the Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship, the players of Pakistan and India shook hands with each other and expressed their goodwill.
It should be noted that in the recent Asia Cup T20 cricket match, Indian captain Yadav had avoided shaking hands with Pakistani captain Salman Ali Agha.
Not only this, but the Indian players did not shake hands with the Pakistani players even after the match and the entire team returned to the dressing room.
Pakistani captain Salman Ali Agha and coach Mike Hesson reached the Indian camp, but no Indian player came out.
